Stay Wild in Comfort

A Hosted Home to Stay Awhile

A home away from home, hosted with warmth and care. A comfortable place to settle in, share time with others and experience the landscape at your own pace.

Our 18th-century Hunting Lodge and adjoining Cottage sit within Scotland’s rare temperate oak rainforest, overlooking Loch Lomond. Here, woodsmoke, wet boots and wild views meet comfort, conversation and change.

Come with friends, family or colleagues, or join a hosted stay, workshop or experience and meet others along the way, or take the Cottage for a quieter, self-contained stay. Whichever suits you, Re-Inversnaid offers the warmth of being hosted, the freedom to make your time here your own, and the chance to experience a remarkable landscape more slowly.

Stays are for three nights or more, which gives you time to arrive, settle, explore and actually experience the place - whether that’s taking part in the project or simply doing very little at all.

This characterful single-storey  Tin Cottage and former Laundry building sits above the Lodge. Set among the trees, its elevated position offers superb views of Loch Lomond.

The Cottage offers a quieter, self-contained way to experience Re-Inversnaid, with large open sitting and dining space, study, bathroom and two bedrooms,

It is available for self-catered stays at selected times and, because it is all on one level, also provides an accommodation option for guests who may find the Lodge’s first-floor bedrooms less suitable.

Ministry of Muddy Walks......

Although the area is best known for the West Highland Way and Great Trossachs Path - there are never-ending footpaths to explore up into the hills, or down along the lochs for you and your four-legged friends. The swimming opportunities are endless - more than enough to keep any Labrador happy for the duration of their stay!
